Pet Health Plans

Our pet health plans include vaccinations, flea, worm and parasite treatments, health checks and advice in a monthly payment plan.

Our pet health plan makes it easy for you to protect your pet and family against preventable diseases and discomfort by making sure your pet's vaccinations, flea and worm treatments are kept up to date. Regular check-ups and early diagnosis of potential health problems will help your pet enjoy a long, comfortable life, whilst saving you money and worry too.

What does a pet health plan include?

We have teamed up with Denplan, who will collect your Direct Debits on our behalf and take care of the administration of the plans. This frees us to concentrate on looking after your pets.

How do I join?

Call in at the practice to complete a simple application form which will include full details of the agreement. You will need to bring your bank details with you. Or phone the Pet Health Plan team on 08001699958 to join over the phone.

You will be sent a Pet Health Check Record book with your welcome pack and full agreement details. You have 14 days to cancel should you want to.

Notes:

1. There is a discout of 5% on your monthly fee if you have more than one pet on a pet health plan.
2. There is a joining fee of £10 per owner, plus a pet joining fee of £5 per animal.
3. If you cancel at any time other than on the anniversary of joining the plan, you will be required to pay the practice either the outstanding for treatment recieved, or montlhy payments due untill the anniversary of your plan, which ever is lower.
4. No refunds are repayable for any months paid before a pets death except at the discretion of the practice.
5. Plans and prices valid from 1st March 2014.
6. The practice may require you to make an upfront payment or pay for treatment before the plan commence.
