We have a dedicated team of five veterinary surgeons, six Registered Veterinary Nurses and 3 nurses who provide excellent first opinion and certain specialist veterinary care to all your animals.

    Managing Partner; Equine Services

    Chris has been with the practice since 1996 and dedicates his time to equine services with an interest in all aspects of equine medicine and surgery. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, two boys, attending race meets and events, and has a passion for wildlife photography.

    Small Animal

    Kosta joins the practice in April 2018 having recently graduated from the university of Athens, Greece. He has a keen interest in small animal medicine and has been seeing practice at Southfields Veterinary Specialists in Essex.

    Partner; Small Animal, Farm and Equine Services

    Nick joined the practice in 2012 and works across the 3 disciplines - Small, Equine and Farm, mostly based in Faversham and Charing surgeries. In April 2018 he joined Chris as Partner of LadyDaneVets LLP.

    When not at work Nick spends time at home with fiancee Kelsey and their Red Labrador, Opie. He has played rugby for several years for Faversham RUFC, enjoys going to the gym, skiing and travelling.

    Small Animal services, Whistable

    Violeta qualified in 2008. She leads the team at the Whitstable practice and consults on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

    Head Nurse

    Jo started her career as a veterinary nurse in 1995. She enjoys all aspects of small animal work and is enjoying the challenge of large animal work that the practice brings. Jo has recently taken on a beautiful spainel called Rexina from the Dogs Trust.

    Student Veterinary Nurse

    Selina joined the Roger Baker Veterinary Practice in 1985. She is currently studying to become a qualified veterinary nurse. She works at both our Faversham and Whistable practices. Selina likes to spend time with her Birman cat Bailey, when she isn't studying to formalise her nursing qualifications.

    Practice Manager

    Karin celebrated 25 years with practice in 2013 and manages day-to-day administration and operations. As a horse rider she has a keen interest in the equine side of the practice. Karin is a qualified member of the Chartered Management Institute.

    Equine and Farm animal Secretary

    Cindy joined the practice in 2003 as Head Receptionist. She took on the position of Equine Secretary in 2007, working closely with the partners in their day-to-day activities.  Cindy has a Cavalier King Charles  Spaniel from the Dogs Trust called Daisy.

    Charing Reception Manager

    Gill joined the practice in 2005, having since completed NVQ3 Management Customer Serices. From November 2013 she will be based at our new branch practice in Charing.

    Accounts Clerk / Receptionist

    Lesley joined the practice in 2007 and has since gained NVQ Level 2 Customer Service and Level 3 Advanced Customer Serivce. In 2012 she attained her Veterinary Practice Receptionist Qualification(CVPR).

    Carole covers reception at Whistable every thursday and friday. She has a beautiful labradoodle called Layla.
